These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bhalobet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the bhalobet website, platform, services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and any promotional or bonus offers made available to you.

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

By making a deposit, you confirm that the payment source belongs to you and that the funds are from a legitimate source.

4.1 Deposits

5.2 Voided Bets

bhalobet reserves the right to void any bet, in full or in part, where: (a) the bet was placed on an incorrect or erroneously published market or odds; (b) the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not produce a valid settlement outcome; (c) there is evidence of technical error, systems failure, or data feed disruption that materially affected the odds or market at the time of placement.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bhalobet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or pricing anomalies (commonly known as "arbitrage abuse" or "bonus abuse").
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on privileged non-public information.
• Any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems, payment processing infrastructure, or game outcomes.

5.4 Results and Settlements

The settlement of all sports bets is determined by official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL organising committee). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a specific market, bhalobet's trading team decision is final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in Section 8.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable notification.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your bhalobet account at any time by contacting support@bhalobet. Prior to processing a closure request, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your registered mobile banking wallet, subject to standard verification and identity checks. Any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Complaints and Disputes

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Dormant account balances will be retained for the player and are recoverable upon identity verification and successful reactivation of the account.
